How does the digital transformation influence international cooperation? Do the principles for digital development strengthen human rights? And which tech solutions that social entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa use to address their specific contextual challenges could also be useful in our latitudes?
The ICT4X team of the betterplace lab deals with the transformation of international cooperation. In contrast to ICT4D (Information and Communication Technology for Development) we focus on eX-change. In order to create an international cooperation at eye level, we put special emphasis on the principles for digital development "design with the user" and "be collaborative".
Therefore, we write analyses and studies for and with our partners, carry out mappings of digital innovations and show their most exciting use cases, scout and research trends and strengthen the cooperation of various actors in our implementation projects.
