Labtogether

Labtogether

Climate change, social divide, digital transformation - we face considerable challenges. We can only solve them if we take a broader perspective as politicians, companies or civil society. Rather than focusing solely on our own success as individuals or institutions, we need common visions and strategies for our complex world. We need people who are open to change and able to act responsibly.

How can we do this? New Work develops new roles and processes that are more adequately adapted to human needs, diversity and complexity. Wellbeing, i.e. the well-being of employees, comes into focus in order to prevent overwork and promote self-motivation and the development of potential. We all need an inner, socio-psychological maturing process.

This process, the inner work, is the focus of this year's betterplace labtogether. We would like to experience New Work and Wellbeing with you. We discuss and explore. In fresh formats and with unusual people, in meta-spheres and for concrete application.
How do others deal with the challenges? And what is my next step? We find out.
