Innovation Days in Uganda? This feels like déjà vu. In April 2021, we launched the first Call for Participation for the Innovation Programme at the Digital Human Rights Lab. Now we are back in Uganda with the IDEA D4D project. As partner organisation of Smart Africa, Enable, Expertise France and GIZ, we are co-hosts of the Innovation Days in four regions of the country.
