Clementine Ewokolo Burnley is a facilitator for small and large groups, creative coach and author and will offer a session on “Inner Work: exploring fragmentation” at the Hearth Summit together with her colleague from the anti-racism collective Phoenix e.V. Flor Fischer on the second day, which will deal specifically with the topics of marginalization and fragmentation as social phenomena.

Flor Fischer is a trainer, consultant and author on social justice issues. He is co-host of the podcast “grenzenlos. der p.ostcast” and enjoys cycling through Berlin. Together with his colleague Clementine Ewokolo Burnley from Antiracism Kollektiv Phoenix e.V., Flor will offer a session on “Inner Work: exploring fragmentation”, which provides access to inner experiences in order to gain an understanding of social fragmentation. The questions “Where do I experience fragmentation, how do I perceive it? Where do I experience marginalisation, where do I use mechanisms of marginalisation against myself? How do I connect and when do I leave contact (with myself/others)?” guided the session. Through narrative and experimental processes, Flor and Clementine will trace their own internalised knowledge in this workshop to understand when interpersonal connection is possible and empowering, and when it can be counterproductive.
