We are thrilled to host the first Hearth Summit in Germany!
On February 27 and 28, 2025, we will guide a total of 150 changemakers from business, civil society, politics, academia, philanthropy, and the arts through a sophisticated, professionally facilitated group process. Together, we will develop the foundations for resilient living, creative work, and collaborative action.
At the Hearth Summit Berlin, we don’t share knowledge that you can find anywhere else — we offer an experience that can only be lived on-site, going straight to the root.
We will address societal fragmentation and explore how we experience and reproduce it — mentally, physically, and emotionally. Experienced facilitators will lead a deep two-day process that offers new experiences and insights, empowering participants to engage creatively with the current challenges in their respective fields of work and influence.
The event is framed by a pre-event on the evening of February 26 and a brunch on the morning of March 1.
The summit will be held in both German and English to enable broad participation and foster diverse exchange.
Only a few days until the Hearth Summit Berlin. To ensure a diverse range of participants, we have curated each participation very carefully and in a balanced way. Why are we organizing the Hearth Summit Berlin?
We are living in an era marked by unprecedented fragmentation. Social structures are crumbling, our connection to nature is fading, and the sense of unity is diminishing. Now more than ever, it is crucial to restore this connection on individual, societal, and ecological levels. The Hearth Summit Berlin aims to actively drive this transformation. Through exchange and collaboration, we seek to raise awareness of the importance of interdisciplinary synergies, working together to create a sustainable and inclusive future.
What do we want to achieve with the Hearth Summit Berlin?
To foster a connected, resilient, and capable society, we aim to strengthen individuals' relationships with themselves, with others, and with the environment — while consciously addressing and experiencing division and fragmentation.
The thematic focuses of the Hearth Summit Berlin are:
- Connectedness in a Fragmented World: We address the challenges of fragmentation and develop ways to cultivate a sense of connection and belonging.
- Shaping Society through Relationships: We acknowledge the interconnectedness of individuals, organizations, and societies and explore strategies for nurturing healthy relationships and fostering collective goals and responsibility.
How is the Hearth Summit Berlin structured and what happens beyond?
At the Hearth Summit, we create a space for experience where we explore our boundaries and, in doing so, expand our capacity for action. This enables us to uncover a holistic culture of relationships, regenerative work, and inner connection as sources of power. At the Hearth Summit Berlin, we understand "inner work" — the reflection of our attitudes, values, and needs — as a central element of societal and political issues. Art plays a key role in the summit’s program. As a process principle, art contributes to the conscious shaping of the world and makes it tangible. Through artistic approaches, we can explore deeper levels of connection and resilience. Beyond the event, the goal is to build a community for the future and further gatherings. For our Hearth Summit Berlin, we are partnering with the international The Wellbeing Project as well as the Impact Hub Berlin, the social entrepreneur network SEND e.V. and the change-maker network ASHOKA.
